Shipping within Edmonton AB is free! Use the discount code DIRTCITY at checkout. Your package will arrive within a few days.
Shipping within Canada is $10 (or $5 with another item) and should arrive within a week. A tracking number will be provided. Let us know if you need your shipment to arrive by a guaranteed date - we can quote & arrange for faster service.
Shipping everywhere else is $10 (or $5 with another item) and takes approximately 3-6 weeks (or sooner) depending on where you are (US deliveries = 1-3 weeks). To have your package arrive sooner & with a tracking number, we can quote & arrange for faster service, or please provide your own courier account info and we'll refund the shipping charge.
All items are shipped with Canada Post.
PAYMENT & EXCHANGES
Payment is done though PayPal. At this time we don't accept returns or exchanges unless we've mixed up your order. Your purchase will come wrapped in gift box with ribbon and sent in a padded mailer. If it's a gift, let us know - we'd be happy to add a note from you!
